Once your website goes live, WordPress, themes and plugins continue to evolve. Updates happen, technology changes, content becomes outdated and occasionally something decides not to behave quite as it should.
That’s completely normal. The trouble is, website maintenance is very easy to put off when you’ve got clients to see, sessions to deliver and an actual business to run.
Digital Sanctuary Care gives your website regular attention rather than waiting for something to become urgent. Plus, I already understand how your website has been built, you’re not handing it over to a faceless technical support service every time something needs attention.

What’s Included Each Month
Digital Sanctuary Care takes care of the routine technical maintenance your website needs, while also giving you a little hands-on support for the everyday changes that inevitably crop up.
Your monthly care includes:
- WordPress, theme and plugin updates
- Regular website backups
- Routine technical maintenance
- Security monitoring and essential checks
- Hosting management where your hosting is managed through Creative Witch Designs
- 60 minutes of content and copy updates each month
Perhaps you’ve changed a price, received a fabulous new testimonial, want to swap a photograph, update some wording or remove an old offer.
Instead of adding it to the list of things you’re definitely going to do yourself one Sunday afternoon, send it to me.

THE LITTLE THINGS ADD UP
What Could You Use Your 60 Minutes For?
Your included support time is designed for smaller changes to your existing website rather than major redesign or development work.
You might use it to update prices or service information, change photographs, add testimonials, update existing copy, change links or calls to action, add details of an event or workshop, remove an old offer, or make smaller adjustments to an existing page.
You don’t have to use the full hour every month simply because it’s there. The point is knowing you have someone to send those jobs to when they arise.
Your 60 minutes doesn’t include completely new webpages, major redesigns, extensive copywriting, new functionality or rebuilding large sections of your website. If something falls outside your monthly allowance, I’ll let you know before doing anything and we can agree the best way forward.
SOVEREIGNTY OR DEVOTION?
Where Website Care Fits
If you’ve commissioned your website through The Sovereign Path, you’ll receive 30 days of post-launch technical support as part of your website package. After that, the website is yours to manage independently, or you can choose Digital Sanctuary Care for £67 per month and hand the ongoing maintenance back to me.
If you’re a Devotion Path client, you don’t need Digital Sanctuary Care separately. Ongoing technical maintenance and monthly content support are already built into your £127 monthly payment for as long as your website remains in my care.
So the distinction is simple:
Sovereignty: your website is created and handed over to you. Ongoing care is optional.
Devotion: ongoing website care is already part of our relationship.

For £67 per month, your WordPress website receives ongoing technical care plus up to 60 minutes of smaller content and copy updates each month.
It’s for the business owner who doesn’t want another piece of technology to manage and would rather know there’s someone familiar with her website keeping an eye on things behind the scenes.
No remembering when you last backed everything up. No wondering whether it’s safe to press “update”. No disappearing into Divi because you only wanted to change one paragraph.

Do I have to join after you build my website?
Is this included with the Devotion Path?
Yes. If you’re a Devotion Path client, ongoing website care is already included within your monthly arrangement.
What happens if I don't use my 60 minutes?
Your 60 minutes are available for use during each calendar month, but unused time doesn’t roll over into the following month.
What if my changes take longer than 60 minutes?
Does the £67 include hosting?
If you don’t already have hosting, I usually recommend IONOS, although you’re welcome to choose a hosting provider that suits you. I can help you understand what you need and make sure your website is connected correctly.
Does this mean my website will never have a technical problem?
