A Few Things You Might Be Wondering

Do I need to have all my copy written before we start?
We’ll establish what needs to be communicated and I’ll guide you around the content we need. You’ll also receive my Word Alchemy Guide to help you find the words for your website. If you already have usable copy, we’ll work with what you’ve got and identify what needs refining.
What if I don't have a brand yet?
That’s absolutely fine. Brand styling is included within your website package, and you’ll receive your own Brand Alchemy Presentation establishing the colours, typography and visual direction we’re using throughout your site.
Is the Devotion Path a cheaper version of the website?
No. It is a different way of entering the work for clients who prefer to spread their investment rather than paying £2,000 as one commission.
Which path should I choose?
If you’re ready to commission your website as one defined investment, choose Sovereignty. If spreading the investment feels better for your business, choose Devotion.
You don’t have to decide before your Creative Vision Call. We can talk about both.
I am not very technical. What happens after it goes live?
If you go with Pay in Full, every build includes a full handover training session. By the time your site goes live you will know exactly how to add a blog post, update an image, change a price, and edit your copy, without needing to call anyone.
If you choose the Devotion Path, you won’t need any of that. I hold the technical side throughout your subscription, so your site is cared for without you ever needing to log in or learn a dashboard.
Can you redesign my existing website?
We’ll establish which approach makes the most sense during our initial conversation, rather than assuming everything you’ve already created needs throwing away.
Will my website be SEO optimised?
SEO isn’t a magic switch that guarantees page-one rankings, and I won’t pretend it is. What I will do is make sure we’re not building a beautiful website that search engines struggle to understand.
What about AI search?
Clear structure, useful content and consistent information about who you are, what you do and who you serve can also make your business easier for AI-powered search systems to understand.
We build that clarity into your website naturally rather than stuffing pages with robotic keywords.
How long will my website take?
I don’t rush clients through the process simply to hit an arbitrary deadline.
The pace is yours, the consistency is mine.
Are there any other costs?
I’ll make these clear before you commit. I don’t want mysterious extras appearing halfway through your build.
What about privacy, cookies and legal pages?
I’ll make sure your website has appropriate places and functionality for the privacy, cookie and other legal information relevant to your site.
Because requirements vary depending on your business, the data you collect and the services you use, I don’t provide legal advice or write bespoke legal policies. I’ll make clear what needs your attention and where specialist wording or guidance may be appropriate.
