Ancestral healing practitioner and trauma-informed guide based in Havant, Hampshire, UK.

I create safe, body-led containers where inherited patterns, generational trauma, and unconscious family narratives can be met at the root, allowing clarity, nervous system regulation, and lasting change to emerge naturally.

My work supports women to recognise and release learned survival behaviours carried through ancestry and family systems, so they can reclaim their voice, capacity, and way of living from a place of truth rather than coping.

Sessions are held in person at The Alchemist Retreat in Havant and online worldwide.
