The Exhale

A Live Full-Day Remembrance for the Woman Who’s F*cking Done Holding It All In - Hampshire

You’ve been everything to everyone. But who’s holding you?

You’re the strong one. The reliable one.
The woman who shows up, holds space, and keeps going, no matter what.

But lately? Your body is tired. Your heart feels heavy, and your nervous system is stuck in survival mode.

Even if the chaos is over, your body hasn’t caught up. You’re still bracing. Still swallowing your truth. Still apologising for needing anything at all.

The Exhale is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about giving your body the conditions it needs to soften, settle, and remember who you are beneath the roles.

This is a day designed for safety, not performance.
For permission, not pressure.
For coming home to yourself in a way that feels grounded, held, and sustainable.

This is a place where reclamation can begin — gently, safely, and without force.

This isn’t just a retreat

What You’ll Experience:

This full-day, in-person retreat is designed to help you feel safe in your body again — without guilt, shame, or pressure to “do it right.”

Expect a sacred blend of:

  • ✴️ Somatic practices + breathwork to regulate your nervous system

  • ✴️ Silent Counselling + energy healing to clear inherited trauma responses

  • ✴️ Inner child reconnection + reparenting rituals

  • ✴️ Sacred rage exploration — meeting anger safely, without pressure to express or perform

  • ✴️ Journaling + reflection to anchor safety in the body

  • ✴️ Sisterhood circles where you are witnessed in your truth, not fixed

  • ✴️ Ritual closing to anchor the shifts and seal your return to self

The Exhale Retreat #1

This is for the woman who…

Is exhausted from holding it all in and keeping it all together

Struggles to rest, slow down, or receive — because she’s never felt safe doing so

Has spent a lifetime tending to others and is ready to tend to herself

Has walked away from toxic cycles — but knows her body is still carrying the imprint

Feels unseen, unheard, and unheld… and is finally ready to change that

Many women leave feeling

  • Regulated — like your body finally stopped bracing for impact

  • Lighter — because you released what was never yours to carry

  • Seen — not for what you do, but for who you are

  • Reconnected — to your truth, your voice, and your self-worth

  • Restored — with a nervous system that feels safe, not strained

Not fixed. Not “healed.” Just finally able to exhale.

FAQ

That’s natural. Most women arrive with butterflies. You don’t need to show up “ready” — just willing. From the moment you step into the circle, you’ll be held with compassion, and everything unfolds at your pace.

No. You’ll never be pushed to share more than you feel comfortable with. Some women speak, some don’t — both are valid. Transformation happens through the practices, rituals, and energy of the space, not performance.

Absolutely. You don’t need prior experience — just a willingness to explore. Every practice is guided step by step, trauma-informed, and gentle. You’ll be supported whether this is your first retreat or your fiftieth.

Silent Counselling is a body-led, non-verbal process that works with the nervous system rather than the story.

There is no need to talk through experiences or analyse what happened. The focus is on allowing the body to release what it has been holding, safely and gently.

Many women find this deeply relieving, especially if they are tired of talking or explaining.

No.
This retreat is designed to regulate and restore, not open you up and send you home exposed.

You may feel tender or reflective at times, but the overall arc of the day supports settling, grounding, and integration. Most women leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more resourced than when they arrived.

  • A journal and pen for reflection and exercises

  • A water bottle to keep hydrated

  • Comfortable clothing you can move in (layers work well)

  • Slip-on shoes for moving between the sanctuary and my home if needed

  • If you’d like, you can bring a small item, crystal, or personal memento to place on the altar. This can be something meaningful to you — a symbol, a stone, a token of intention — anything that feels aligned with your journey for the day. This is entirely optional, but it can deepen your connection to the retreat’s energy.

All mats, cushions, blankets, and props will be provided for you to fully relax and settle into the space.

Yes, accessible inside the house. Slip-on shoes are recommended for easy access between the sanctuary and the facilities.

If your body whispered yes, trust that.
