A Spirit or Medicine Doll is not something you worship or give power away to.
It is a symbolic companion — a hand-crafted vessel that holds intention, memory, and relationship.
Traditionally, women used medicine dolls in quiet, grounded ways:
Placed on an altar as a focus for prayer or intention
Kept nearby during rest, dreamwork, or periods of transition
Worked with alongside herbs, plants, and seasonal ritual
Used as a symbolic anchor during spellwork, healing, or release
Returned to the earth as an offering when its role was complete

You’ll then be gently guided through the process of shaping and crafting your doll using natural materials — wool, felt, cloth, herbs, dried flowers, and small adornments like feathers, crystals, or beads. Each step becomes its own meditation, a dialogue between your hands, heart, and heritage.
This work is symbolic, embodied, and intention-led. It does not involve summoning, channeling, or altered states.

Not at all. This is a beginner-friendly workshop, welcoming everyone from creative souls to the spiritually curious. You’ll be guided step-by-step, with plenty of time, space, and encouragement to explore your own rhythm of creation.
All materials are included — felt, wool, cloth, herbs, dried flowers, feathers, crystals, beads, and charms.
You’re also invited to bring any personal items — such as old fabric scraps, jewellery, or keepsakes — that hold meaning and can be woven into your doll.
Yes, there is parking available. Please use the main Country Park car park.
From there, it’s just a short walk to the farm area where the workshop is hosted. Detailed directions and parking instructions will be sent upon booking.
